How we work

From the first conversation to rollout, one step at a time

Each product has its own track. Here are the steps, who takes part on the client side and what Salvus delivers at each one, with no price, deadline or promise of results: the final design is agreed in writing with each organization.

Two tracks, depending on the product

The ATAS O2 track starts from the hospital and oxygen therapy. The HAI track starts from the home care operation and the network of providers.

Hospitals · ATAS O2

ATAS O2 track

From assessment to routine at the bedside, with scope, baseline and exit criterion agreed before any equipment is sent.

  1. Step 1

    Conversation

On the client side. Clinical management, nursing and physiotherapy explain how the hospital prescribes, records and bills oxygen today.

Salvus delivers. Listens to the current flow and shows ATAS O2 in a demonstration with fictitious data.

  2. Step 2

    Assessment

On the client side. Defines which units take part and who validates the numbers.

Salvus delivers. Maps with the team how therapy is prescribed, started, adjusted, recorded and ended, and reports back what it found, saying whether it makes sense to move on to a validation.

  3. Step 3

    Field validation

On the client side. Management and the committee approve the scope; IT releases the virtual machine and the test database; clinical engineering points out the equipment and beds.

Salvus delivers. Scope and units, baseline and exit criterion in writing, with a signed instrument. No equipment is sent without a signed contract. Test with a simulated device and technical acceptance of the devices at the beds.

  4. Step 4

    Rollout

On the client side. Clinical engineering and IT follow the installation and the network; nursing and physiotherapy start recording at the bedside.

Salvus delivers. Installs in four moments: fitting to the gas rail, flow adjustment, bedside record and dashboard. Includes team training.

  5. Step 5

    Follow-up

On the client side. Audit and billing check the numbers against the agreed baseline.

Salvus delivers. Keeps the inventory, serial number and maintenance of each device; maintenance, replacement and contingency follow the contract. We measure with the hospital, from its own baseline.

Health plans and home care · HAI

HAI track

From the demonstration to the routine of the accredited network, starting with a first wave that the operation chooses.

  1. Step 1

    Demonstration

On the client side. Health management, audit, technology and procurement see HAI by role.

Salvus delivers. Conversation and demonstration with fictitious data, designed around your network’s flow.

  2. Step 2

    Test access

On the client side. Describes how the operation works and names who on the team will test.

Salvus delivers. Reviews the request and comes back with access or with a conversation to understand the operation.

  3. Step 3

    Provider onboarding

On the client side. The operation picks key users and manages the relationship with accredited providers, which stays as it is.

Salvus delivers. Training, support and usage follow-up. A professional or provider who needs help talks to the company that hired them.

  4. Step 4

    Rollout

On the client side. Defines the care lines, units and profiles of the first wave; IT takes part in surveying and validating the sources.

Salvus delivers. Proposal with scope, exclusions, dependencies, responsibilities, data and privacy, acceptance, renewal and termination. Integrations are defined after survey and validation.

  5. Step 5

    Follow-up

On the client side. Audit and coordination use the visit record; the clinical team defines the indicators.

Salvus delivers. We define with the operation which indicators to follow, the starting point and who validates the results before expanding.

Who takes part on the client side

Each area takes from the track what it needs for the decision. The kits bring one summary per role.

  • Committee and management

Approves the scope, the indicators and the exit and expansion criterion.

  • Information technology

Prepares the environment, access and integration. Security and privacy answers are on the security page.

  • Clinical engineering

In ATAS O2, surveys equipment, network and beds, and defines maintenance and contingency with Salvus.

  • Audit and billing

Validates the baseline and checks the record. The trail supports checking; analysis and decision remain with whoever audits.

  • Procurement and contracts

Reviews the written instrument, the responsibilities and what the contract includes.

One client’s result is not a promise for another. We do not promise savings, payback time or performance without the client’s own baseline.
